Dye sublimation is a process utilised in garment manufacture where all colours, patterns, graphics, logos, names and numbers are fused into the fabric using high temperatures as opposed to only coating the fabric surface. It provides the best quality, most durable printing option and gives the fabric a softer touch. The colour remains strong even after extensive washing.

Our normal minimum order quantity for sublimated apparel is 10 units but that 10 units can be made up of adults and youth sizes. If you order one item we can do that to but you are charged a higher price. Our headwear is a minimum of 50 units, our bags are a minimum of 25 units and our socks are a minimum of 10 pairs per size (you don’t need to order every size though).

We will email you our size charts when you know what products you are ordering. To measure apparel we recommend finding a shirt or polo that you know fits, lay it on a table and measure from armpit to armpit and that is your half chest measurement. Also measure the length from the neckline to the bottom and then apply those sizes to the size chart to confirm your size. We recommend ordering a size up if it is in between or close. Short and pants are the same principal but measure the waist etc for your half waist measurement.

We sure do. We have our own team of designers that can capture your imagination into an authentic and creative design for your apparel. We can match your existing design or we can create you something new, all FREE of charge!

We sure do however we focus on 100% sublimation, which is the best printing method for sportswear since it never wears off or fades. 99.9% of our orders are sublimated, except our socks which are knitted. Sublimation is the best technology available right now and lets you create amazing uniforms that will last for many years. In saying that we don’t limit ourselves to just sublimation. We offer cut and sew techniques as well so you can choose a pre-dyed colour fabric and we make it to your requirements and add embroidery or digital print options to really finish your designs off.

Our main partner factory is located in China as we can ensure fast production times and genuine product quality. We also have factories in Pakistan to spread the love. You can be assured that our products are made to the highest standards in all factories.

We have the ability to manufacture any quantity of products within our 3-4 week production time. This is because we manage our production schedule amongst our factories to ensure all orders are made on time and delivered on time.

We manufacture all orders within 3-4 weeks and on occasions we can offer a rush service if required. Just email us to confirm if we can fulfil your rush order requirements.

We use DHL Express 99% of the time and Fedex on other occasions depending where you’re located around the world. On some occassions and dependant on your location we use UPS. We choose the fastest method so you get your order in the fastest possible time frame. We send all orders direct to your door and you’re provided the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Just be reminded that once we hand your order over to either carrier the speed at which is delivered is out of our hands but rest assured we choose the fastest express method possible.

We are happy to manufacture you a sample of your requested apparel item in your team colours so you can see exactly what it looks like before your bulk order for a small fee quoted at the time of request. We can also manufacture you your own size set for a discounted rate for you to keep at your club or school to use whenever you require.

We rarely have any problems with product quality due to our rigorous quality control teams that personally assess every product prior to your order being sent. If you do receive a faulty item please let us know as we will assess your complaint as fast as possible.

All orders are invoiced and on the invoice are our bank account details for you to make an easy online transfer using the invoice number as the reference. We can also accept Visa/Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay payments upon request.

We sure do. We ship anywhere in the world and shipping is FREE. Please note that shipments to any country including Australia may incur customs duty or taxes which are payable by the client. We recommend contacting your governing agencies to confirm what those fees are before ordering so you don’t get any surprises.
